Check My Account using the Discord account linked to your purchase, or use /mykey in the official Void Discord. A failed DM does not by itself mean your key is missing. If it is still unavailable, give support your invoice ID; never post your key publicly.
Use the current Voidhub script and copy your own Void or Void+ key exactly. Check that your plan includes the game you want to load. For a hardware mismatch, use /resethwid in our Discord; it resets the same key. The cooldown is 24 hours for Void and 12 hours for Void+. Expired, revoked or missing keys need the corresponding support check, not an automatic reset.
No. Your original OG lifetime key is permanent and fully grandfathered. Void+ is an optional separate upgrade with its own premium key.
Check the build, executor, device and game, then test the affected control on its own. Send support the exact error or status and the steps you took. A successful load does not prove every feature works in that game.
Void cannot guarantee protection from account or game enforcement. Follow the rules that apply to your account and game.

Support depends on the loader, device, executor capabilities and game. Check the current Discord guidance rather than assuming every executor is supported. Include your executor name and version when reporting a problem.
